TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Léman Old Quarter Hotel. By using our services and facilities, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. ROOM RESERVATIONS

  • Guests may book rooms directly via phone, email, or through the hotel’s online booking system.
  • To guarantee the reservation, the hotel may require credit card details or a deposit as per policy.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email or message once the reservation is successfully completed.

 

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time: from 14:00
  • Check-out time: before 12:00
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests wishing to check in early are kindly requested to contact the hotel for detailed surcharge information.

 

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Standard cancellation policy:
    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival for refundable room rates.
    • Deposits will be refunded if cancellations are made within the allowed timeframe.
  • Cancellation policies for promotional packages and peak seasons/holidays will be stated clearly in the respective terms and conditions.

 

4. CHILDREN & EXTRA BED

  • Children under 6 years old sharing the existing bed with parents stay free of charge, including breakfast.
  • Children from 6 to under 12 years old will be charged 200,000 VND per child per breakfast for bookings with breakfast included.
  • Extra bed fee: 500,000 VND per night.

 

5. PAYMENT

  • The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, and supported electronic payment methods.
  • All incidental charges during the stay must be settled prior to check-out.

 

6. HOTEL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The hotel is committed to providing services in accordance with published standards.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings that are not deposited at the reception.
  • The hotel reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend services in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, technical incidents, etc.) and will notify guests as soon as possible.

 

7. BREAKFAST POLICY

  • Breakfast is served daily at the hotel restaurant from 06:30 to 10:00.
  • Breakfast is included for bookings marked as “breakfast included.”
  • Children staying for free in the same room with parents are only entitled to complimentary breakfast if within the hotel’s specified age range.
  • The breakfast menu may vary daily and seasonally, ensuring quality standards and food safety.
  • No refund or price reduction is applicable if guests do not use the included breakfast.
