Welcome to Léman Old Quarter Hotel. By using our services and facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. RESERVATIONS

  • Guests may book directly via phone, email, or through our official online booking system.

  • To guarantee your reservation, the hotel may require credit card details or a deposit in accordance with our policy.

  • A booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message once the reservation process is completed.

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in time: from 14:00.

  • Check-out time: before 12:00.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

3. CANCELLATION, AMENDMENTS & DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Cancellations or amendments must be made within the hotel’s stipulated timeframe.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

  • Certain promotional packages or special rates may apply separate cancellation policies.

Low Season

  • No deposit required. Payment upon check-in.

High Season & Public Holidays

  • A 50% deposit of the total service value is required within 3 days of confirmation.

  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to check-in.

4. CHILDREN & EXTRA BED

  • Children under 6 years old sharing the same bed with parents are free of charge for both accommodation and breakfast.

  • Children from 6 to under 12 years old may incur an additional fee depending on the hotel’s pricing policy.

  • Extra beds are available upon request at an additional charge.

5. PAYMENT

  • The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, and supported electronic payment methods.

  • All incidental charges incurred during the stay must be settled prior to check-out.

6. HOTEL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The hotel is committed to providing services in accordance with the announced standards.

  • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings not deposited at the reception.

  • The hotel reserves the right to modify or suspend services in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, technical failures, etc.) and will notify guests at the earliest possible time.

7. BREAKFAST POLICY

  • Breakfast is served daily at the hotel’s restaurant from 06:30 to 10:00.

  • Breakfast is included in the room rate for reservations stating “with breakfast included.”

  • Children staying free of charge with parents are only entitled to complimentary breakfast if they meet the hotel’s age policy.

  • The breakfast menu may vary daily and seasonally, ensuring both quality and food safety.

  • No refunds or discounts will be provided if guests choose not to use the breakfast included in the room rate.
